Caboolture Neighbourhood Centre offers wide range of free programs and services. Our services include budget support for families and individuals facing financial challenges, community-driven initiatives and courses through our Neighbourhood Centre, free counselling services, and a weekly dinner bringing people together over a shared meal.

Caboolture Community Action offers practical outreach, support and encouragement to people in the local Caboolture/Morayfield area who are experiencing extreme hardship, homelessness or at risk of homelessness. We provide services such as those including food relief, housing assistance and referrals and more.

At The Salvation Army we are proud to provide a range of homelessness services specific to adults and families, including accompanying children. This includes accommodation, case management services, advocacy, limited financial assistance, counselling and meals, as well as connection and referral to other specialist services.

Caboolture Community Care provides two main services to the community and those in need; these are a Counselling Service and Emergency Relief Program. Caboolture Community Counselling Service is available to all residents in the Moreton Bay Region North area. The Emergency Relief Program covers many issues that people within the community may be having including support with Chemist Vouchers, Fuel Vouchers and Public Transport (Very Limited), Food Parcels, Food Vouchers, Rent and Utilities (Advocacy Only) & Telstra Vouchers

On Tuesdays and Thursdays most weeks we feed the hungry and the lonely from 6:30am to 8:30am.
We do this because we are compelled by the love of Jesus to love others in this way.
We do this free of charge because of the generous support within Moreton North Church.

Rosies reaches out to those most in need, people who are homeless or at risk, lonely, and socially isolated within our communities. It is our mission to ensure that no Queenslander feels left out or disconnected from their community. Rosies aims to provide friendship and unconditional acceptance to those doing it tough with a warm smile and a hot drink.

Brekkie with Friends
Every Saturday from 7 am we host a brekkie for the hungry in our community at Area 1 Centenary Lakes park.

Why should you come?
Wednesdays are a time when we gather to distribute food hampers. Food hampers are available to anyone who is in need. Many donated pre-loved items such as toys, clothes and linen are also available for anyone to take. We can also provide pastoral and crisis support.

Each local Global Care operation responds to the specific needs of the people in their respective community. Local operations have established food care programs, counselling services, low-cost shopping opportunities, and support for minority groups. In the event of a natural disaster, local churches are equipped and empowered to respond accordingly.
